This is a Cardio  Ab Circuit that gets your heart rate up, burns calories, and tagets your middle

 

You will need your GYMboss time for this workout. It makes your time spent much more effecient.

Pick 1 of the following 5 Cardio Moves

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. High Knees (Get Your Knees Above Your Hips)
  3. Jump Rope
  4. Burpees
  5. Squat Jump (Squap with you knees behind your toes with your back and head up)

 

Round1:

Complete 2 minutes of your chosen cardio exercise above and complete the following

30 Reverse crunches

30 Bicycle Abs

Then, HOLD a plank for 1 minute

 

Round 2:

Complete 2 minutes of your chosen cardio exercise above and complete  the following

  1. 20 Reverse crunches
  2. 20 Bicycle Abs
  3. 20 Sit-ups

Then, HOLD a plank for 1 minute

 

Round 3:

Complete 2 minutes of your chosen cardio exercise above and complete  the following

  1. 10 Reverse crunches
  2. 10 Bicycle Abs
  3. 10 Sit-ups

Then, HOLD a plank for 1 minute

 

 

For an extra challlenge take a small break and then complete round 3, round 2, and round 1 (in that order) one more time.
