a fABulous Abtastic workout: Tone Up your Abs Quick

Once a week on Wednesday, I like to give out fun abdomial workouts to all of you. These can be done all week until I post the next one or you can save them in a notebook and do them whenever. My only advice is NOT to do ab exercises on consecutive days. You don’t want to over work the precious abdominal muscles do you?

This workout will get you the flat stomach you want if you stay focus and add this to your fitness regimen and workout routine. Let me know how you do on facebook.
