IT’S TOP HALF TUESDAY,
Strengthening every muscle group is vital to optimum fitness since all of the parts of the body are required to work together. Today I want to specifically talk about why focusing on your upper body (arms, shoulders, chest, back) can be especially beneficial for more than vanity reasons. Having toned arms will help improve your posture and help stabilize your spine which will allow you to use other parts of your body more efficiently. Working the upper body strengthens your core muscles that will help you get those sexy six pack abs that you want AND help you boost your metabolism which will help you burn calories faster.
The fact that nice, toned arms are one of the first features that people notice when they look at you isn’t so bad either. SO LETS SHAPE & SCULPT OUR ARMS TO IMPROVE OUR EVERYTHING.
