All of this week I have been working out with some of my favorite DVDs because I have been stuck inside with a sick puppy. For some reason, I just can’t get enough of Insanity workouts. It’s tough stuff and I always feel accomplished when I do it.
Today I was able to get outside to do some and I came up with another printable workout for you to add to your collection. You don’t have to go outside for this workout. You can use a treadmill or run in place.
All you need is your gymboss timer and 20 minutes. You can use a dumbbell if you have one but it isn’t necessary.
