A questions I get everyday is “how can I get my stomach right” or “what do you do to tone your abs.” I am repeatedly saying the same thing over and over. I eat right, I exercise and I live by all of the cleanses, recipes, and ab workouts that I included in the Abs..olutely Sexy for Summer Series. I am consistent with this regimen, especially with the juicing and raw cleanses. I have noticed (in myself and clients) that have more energy and my stomach area is more toned than when I stray from the plan.
