Blast Fat with Basic Exercise Moves

Kimf Kimberly Fleming Keep it Moving Fitness Sometimes it’s nice to just get back to the basics. Not to say that anything is wrong with fancy exercise equipment or tricky exercise moves but knowing the foundation of the more advanced exercises can get you far and you can see lots of results. The workout below is made up of level 1 basic exercises that just about anyone can do (even if modified). If you have trouble with your knees start by leaving the jumps out and working your way up.

Complete this workout 1 time if you are adding it to an existing exercise session. If you are doing this as your entire workout for the day, complete it 2-3 times and let me know how you do.

 The Break Down Of this Workout Using Basic Exercises




Here is what you do:
Round 1: 6 minutes total

  1. complete 1 minute jumping jacks
  2. complete 30 seconds of squats
  3. complete 1 minute jumping jacks
  4. complete 30 seconds of bicep curls
  5. complete 1 minute jumping jacks
  6. complete 30 seconds of tricep extensions
  7. complete 1 minute jumping jacks
  8. complete 30 seconds of crunches

Round 2: 6 minutes total

  1. complete 1 minute High knees
  2. complete 30 seconds of squats
  3. complete 1 minute High knees
  4. complete 30 seconds of bicep curls
  5. complete 1 minute High knees
  6. complete 30 seconds of tricep extensions
  7. complete 1 minute High knees
  8. complete 30 seconds of crunches

 

Round 3: 6 minutes total

  1. complete 1 minute Butt Kicks
  2. complete 30 seconds of squats
  3. complete 1 minute Butt Kicks
  4. complete 30 seconds of bicep curls
  5. complete 1 minute Butt Kicks
  6. complete 30 seconds of tricep extensions
  7. complete 1 minute Butt Kicks
  8. complete 30 seconds of crunches
