Cardio Chaos: A No Equipment Workout Video

This is one of my favorite cardio workouts to do in my living room at home. It gets your heart rate pumped and really helps you build cardio endurance. Incorporated in it are a view total body moves to work those large muscle groups that you need to build muscle mass & speed up your metabolism.

  1. Water nearby.
  2. A workout timer (I recommend you order gymboss)
  3. Space to jump. I probably have the smallest apartment in the entire world so I am sure you have room to move.

Here is what you do.

ROUND 1:

Set your timer for 5 minutes and place it in front of you so that you can see it. At the top of each minute do 5 burpees and finished the minute with in-place sprints. Repeat this cycle until the entire 5 minutes is up

ROUND 2:

Set your timer for 5 minutes and place it in front of you so that you can see it. At the top of each minute do five 180 degree squat jumps  and finished the minute with burpees. Repeat this cycle until the entire 5 minutes is up

ROUND 3:

Set your timer for 5 minutes and place it in front of you so that you can see it. At the top of each minute do 5 Air Jacks and finished the minute with 180 degree Squat Jumps. Repeat this cycle until the entire 5 minutes is up

ROUND 4:

Set your timer for 5 minutes and place it in front of you so that you can see it. At the top of each minute do 5 Jumping Lunges and finished the minute with Air Jacks. Repeat this cycle until the entire 5 minutes is up

 

DO THIS ENTIRE WORKOUT 3 or 4 Times.
