I love the conversations that I have with you guys. Just about as much as I love coffee in the mornings. I want to start a forum like blog posts to get your views and opinions on topics that interest me. I will try to post another each weekend. Most likely on sunday.

    I think about how amazing I feel and proud I am of myself after working out!

    Same here! I think about how good I feel after a workout. And just like you said, you never regret a workout after its done! Thanks for the added motivation! Knowing that a super fit trainer has the same struggles as me is something that will get me out of the bed at 5 a.m.!
