Core Ball Exercises: No More Muffin Tops

If you are trying to figure out what exercises get rid of muffin top  using is a core ball or a stability ball is a great place to start. It’s a great tool to reduce fat in abdomen and works your entire core. Core ball exercises can increase the intensity of any workout. I created a video (wearing my silly hat) using the stability ball that targets your core and mid section and has a little cardio in there. All you need is a Stability ball and Jump rope.  I  die for my jump rope, it gives me that extra push that I need  (especially when I don’t feel like leaving the house) but even if you don’t have the equipment you can still do the moves.

Workout Using Core Ball Exercises

Core ball exercises

 

  1. Jump Rope 2 minutes

  2. Stability Ball Pass 1 Minute
  3. Jumping Lunges 45 seconds
  4. Stability ball twist 30 seconds
  5. Stability Ball Push up or just a plank with legs onthe ball (about 30 seconds)
    Repeat entire thing about 3 or 4 times.
