Cycling Plus…

Cycling provides a brilliant cardio workout, as anybody who has been to a spinning class will appreciate, but your legs will benefit even more if you combine your training with some conditioning exercises such as lunging. Try doing some walking lunges, walking lunges with high knees and lunge curls 10-12 on each leg.
