Dancing with The Stars Workout: How to Get a Body Like the Stars

Season 14 of Dancing with the Stars is approaching and everyone is wondering how the stars use the show as a way to whip into shape. In previous seasons, many of the stars have gloated about the pounds they were able to drop. I wanted to share with you my favorite dance like moves that can tone your body, burn calories, and push you toward your fitness goals.

Dancing, as intricate as it may seem, can be done by EVERYONE and you can burn up to 400 calories per hour.  It’s a fun way to get your workout in and it is quite effective. Because I am far from a professional dancer, I don’t know any dance choreography but I have learned a few moves that I add to my workouts . Here they are.

  1. The tango
  2. The tootsie Roll
  3. The Cha Cha
  4. Quick Feet
  5. Belly Dancing
  6. Dirty Dancing
  7. Hip Hop Dancing
