Can you believe it’s the last month of the year? Seems like just yesterday we were preparing for the new year and a new you. This month you should reflect on all of your accomplishments this year. Think about where you started and how far you’ve come. Keep up the momentum for these last 31 days. This is not the time to drop the ball on your fitness goals. There is so much that you can do in just 4 weeks. Use this calendar to help you get at least 150 minutes of exercise in each week.
As we all know, planning is key. Try to schedule your workouts in your calendar. Do the same for your meals. I know that you might be attending a number of social gatherings because of the holidays but take that into consideration when you are plannings. During weeks where you have to attend a party, schedule an extra workout or two. Do what you can do to meet your goals. Put your best foot forward.
