Two is always better than one so today try doubling up on some of my favorite exercises to burn more calories. Below is a short workout that can be done twice a day or added to an existing fitness regimen.   Set your Gymboss timer to better keep track of the intervals and let me know what you do. A video for this workout will be up soon.

ROUND ONE: Complete each exercise pair below for 90 seconds.

1. Two Jumping Jacks into Two Squats

2. Two Pushups into Two Plank Jacks.

3. Two Burpees into Two Power Jumps

4. Two Hip-Touch Downs into Two Oblique Planks

5. Two Lunge Jumps into Two Power Kicks.

ROUND THREE: Complete each exercise pair abovoe for 30 seconds.

 

Do all three rounds two more times. ( Three times total)
