As a result, we hide behind our clothes, we hide behind our weight, we hide behind our fears, we hide truths, and we hide dreams. As a fitness professional, I have found that it’s difficult to even fathom reaching any type of goal if we can’t get beyond our comfort zone. - o KILL IT: this calendar will have 4-5 tough workouts per week, including some mini workouts that are to be done in addition to the tough ones on the same day. There will be specific muscle group workouts and even some extreme yoga moves in there. These workouts will include moves that need equipment but there will always be a modified version that needs no equipment at all. BARE IT ALL!!
- · The Embracing Naked Workbook: A self and life evaluation of what and who’s been holding you back. Exercise to break through uncomfortable moments that keep you down. Goal tracking worksheets to record short term and long term life, fitness, and nutrition goals. Daily thinking exercises (not like homework, God knows we don’t have time for that, but questions that get you thinking.) A journal to record your thoughts.
