WHY IS ZICO COCNUT WATER SO AWESOME.
ZICO contains the five essential electrolytes that gives your body everything it needs to stay hydrated and perform at your best. One ZICO has more potassium than a banana – 15 times more than most sports drinks – to prevent cramping. Drink ZICO before or during a workout for the natural energy you need for optimal performance. After a workout, ZICO replenishes and re-hydrates you to speed recovery
You can go to www.zico.com to get recipes and more tips on how it can benefit you.

I go through so many cases of ZICO water because I absolutely love it. I use it to recover after I workout but I also use it in my healthy cocktails (I will share with you later), I even use it in the conditioner thatI make for my hair.

I vowed to be more committed to bettering my health this year and to be more consistent. I have been on Sensa for the past two months. I am working out at least three days a week. I brought a nutribullet so I have an easier, clean up way to juice. I also recently joined Weight Watchers online because for all the working out I do I believe my down fall has been my eating habits. I did WW at work last year and had really good results, but when I stopped so did the progress and I gained the weight back.
I just need to stay focused and keep the vision of how I know I want to look and feel in the forefront of my mind. I even inquired a distance learning school about becoming a certified personal trainer. I know that I can not instruct or be a motivator to others if I am not a product of that very way of living. So I have my work cut out for me, but I look forward to the challenge. I look forward to the slimmer, energized, healthier me in the next coming weeks to months.

I have struggled with my weight going up and down for close to 10 years. I decided this year I wanted to be different. One of things I’ve done to improve my overall health is to eat vegatables at every meal. I also drink lots of water (at least 2 liters a day) and Ive almost completely cut out processed foods. As far as my fitness goes, I try to work out at least six days a week, I use high intensity workout DVDs and bought equipment when I workout at home, and also go to the gym regularly now. I enjoy eating healthy and working out now, I’m planning to go to school to get a Fitness Trainer Certificate.

I began to keep a journal, in which I keep track of my food intake as well as workouts. It has always been hard for me to stay focused/committed to a health plan and I find that writing it down helps me see my progress and hold myself accountable

I began by working out in the AM, which was the most difficult thing for me because I am not a morning person. I workout at 5:15am, ensures no excuses in the afternoon which usually interfere with your afternoon workout. I also started jogging, working out with weights ( doing circuits). Lastly I have started trying to cut out redmeat, and eat smaller portions.

My husband and I have been walking almost daily, about 2-3 miles. I’ve been drinking lots more water and trying to get more sleep. I think that these 3 things are the simple basics that can have many other activities added. Hiking, camping, and playing with our 3 boys.

Leaving healthy is my New Year’s resolution. To achieve my goal I made an extra effort to devote few minutes of my time to physical fitness and what I eat. As I become more physically fit, I excercise longer and more days to my routine. And it worked. My HDL jumped from 83 to 91. My LDL went down from 99 to 87. My doctor said that he has not seen one like mine ever.
