It is true that strength training, including abdominal, chest, arm and leg exercises, paired with an adequate amount of cardiovascular training is a vital part of any fitness regimen. However, it is important that you don’t overlook the significance of back training as a pertinent part of your workout.  People, women especially, tend to ignore any exercise that have to do with the muscles of the back even though these muscles are the building block to strengthening other smaller and larger muscles groups in the body. In fact, there are no movements in exercise or everyday life that do not require at least some contribution from the muscles of your back
