June is the month that welcomes Summer!!! It is also the halfway mark of your year to commit to a fit and healthy you. Remember at the beginning of the year when we committed to 52 Weeks of Health and Fitness Goals? How are you doing with your goals? It’s never too late to recommit and start fresh. This is not a straight path but a journey. You are not supposed to breeze through this process. Reread the post I wrote on how to Respect the Journey that you are on. The important thing is to stay committed. Don’t give up even if you feel you’ve taken a few steps back. Realize that it’s all a learning process on your road to success.
This month we are really going to focus in on our fitness activity. Though it seems that we’ve been working hard all winter and spring just to get to summer, this is not the time to let your efforts free fall.
