Just about every workout that you see in a magazine, on t.v., or that you get from a personal trainer is basically some sort of spin off from a few basic moves. Fitness experts and enthusiast have combined these moves, added jumps, kicks, and twist to them to give you more intensity and more variety so that you can enjoy the workout, get the most out of the workout, and stick with the workout.

BEGINNER LEVEL : DO THIS TWO Days Per Week with Two Days in Between each Workout
