This workout will definitely help you shed inches from your waist. It includes 3 floor workouts and requires you to do 1 minute of any cardio ab move in between.

This workout goes like this:

Set 1:  10 Sit-ups, 10 Bicycle Abs, 10 Oblique Planks

Set 2:   9 Sit-ups, 9 Bicycle Abs, 9 Oblique Planks

Set 3:  8 Sit-ups, 8 Bicycle Abs, 8 Oblique Planks

Set 4:  7 Sit-ups, 7 Bicycle Abs, 7 Oblique Planks

Set 5   6 Sit-ups, 6 Bicycle Abs, 6 Oblique Planks

Set 6:   5 Sit-ups, 5 Bicycle Abs, 5 Oblique Planks

Set 7:    4 Sit-ups, 4  Bicycle Abs, 4 Oblique Planks

Set 8:   3 Sit-ups,  3 Bicycle Abs, 3 Oblique Planks

Set 9:   2 Sit-ups, 2  Bicycle Abs, 2 Oblique Planks

Set 10: 1 Sit-up, 1 Bicycle Ab, 1 Oblique Plank

Complete 1 minute of either High knees, Plank Jacks, Mountain Climbers, or Power Jumps in between.
