LOSE YOUR LOVE HANDLES
If you’ve been wanting to do something about your love handles this workout is just for you. In addition to reducing or eliminating processed foods you should do this workout 3 days per week for at least 4 weeks. Do not do them on consecutive days. You can even add one round of this to your existing workout routine for better results.
The key is to stay consistent and push yourself to finish.
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED
This is a no equipment workout in the Love Handle workout but to add intensity and burn more calories, you can use a light dumbbell weight. You will also need some water near by.
HERE IS WHAT YOU DO
There are 5 moves. Complete all of the moves 20 times then 15 times then 10 times then 5 times. Take a break and if you want go back up the pyramid.
