Your March 2013 Calendar  is here!!!!

It is full of explosive workouts to keep you off of your feet this month. In addition to the new calendar, a new season, and new workouts, We have TONS of new things coming to the Keep it Moving Fitness community this month.


  1.  The Spring Into Action: #Minus10 fitness challenge. On March 20 (the first day of spring) you will be able to sign up for our next weight loss challenge where I will be challenging you to lose 10 pounds or 10 inches or more.
  2.  The Keep Moving At Home DVD:  I am so excited to be launching my first DVD. Youtube and web videos are always great but sometimes I want to just pop in a DVD and get moving. I am sure many of you feel the same. I created this DVD just for you. It comes with 3 full out workouts, a 30 day fitness calendar, and some bonus features to help you meet your goals.
  3. SPRING BOOTCAMP: The weather is getting warmer and the days are getting longer so we are bringing Bootcamps back. If you live in Atlanta this will be a perfect opportunity for you to get out the house and breathe in some fresh air while you workout.  If you are not in Atlanta, stay tuned for the start of bootcamps in other cities and don’t forget to take advantage of the Online Live Webcam Sessions.
