Ok, let’s face it. Going to the gym SUCKS sometimes. Especially when you have to wake up early, or get the kids out the house and on the bus in time, or when you have a long day at work and just want to be at home with your wine. It just sucks to make an extra stop to a gym with all of those meat head and narcissistic idiots taking selfies instead of working out. That’s why we are all for exercise at home. But is it enough? Probably yes, as long as you are conscientious. Using fitbit is a good plus for tracking your workouts, so you’ll have something in you that will tell you what your goals are for the day.
Gyms can be intimidating and, to be honest, it’s hard to know exactly what to do with all those machines. But, working out at home can be just as effective in reaching your fitness goal. When you don’t know what to do at the gym, any of the workouts that we share here At Keep It Moving Fitness will do the job. Most them require no equipment.
When you exercise at home, you can use your own body weight as resistance if you don’t have fancy equipment. Your own body weight makes upper body workouts more effective and helps you gain strength.
