Fall is here and all of the Keep it Moving Fitness Movers are committed to keeping up the momentum and working harder than ever. This month’s calendar will work in conjunction with your Fall 15 Fitness Fitness program aimed to help you lose up to 15 pounds. During the program aim to complete both the calendar workouts and the workouts from the Fall 15 program
This month will be full of cardio and your goal is to complete 2 runs each week. You will also have 2 of the same workouts each week for most of the month. The workout on Monday will be the same as the workout on Friday. I want you to record your times and reps and aim for improvement at the end of each week.
