DOMINATE YOUR WORKOUTS!

Here is another fun & effective workout that I did today.  I burned about 600 calories (doing interval sprints during the 20 minute run). I forgot to track how long it took me to do the entire workout but when you do it please comment below to let me know.  This workout is great for boosting your metabolism and it even targets those tummy area that we all love so much.

I recommend everyone invest in the GYMBOSS timer. It’s only 19.99 and It’s the perfect tool for interval workouts like this one. It’s the reason I was able to challenge myself and burn as many calories as I did in such little time.

Did you know that just a small increase in intensity can help you burn as much as 50% more calories. This is why you never want to just workout with out a plan. Plan to add resistance while you  are on the elliptical. Plan to add inclines to your treadmill run. Carry a light free weight if you are walking outside. Complete interval runs or walks whenever you are outside during your cardio.  You feel me?

I always end each workout with my favorite protein: Sunwarrior protein.  I pour it in my water bottle or mix it with my smoothies. It helps build more lean muscle that would otherwise be stored as fat and it also helps repair muscles from strength training.  If you don’t have Sunwarrior Protein and you don’t want to get it. Make sure you replenish by eating fruit or a glass of  nonfat milk even.
