Power Morning Workout

Doing short burts of exercise in the morning can be the  start of a great and productive day. It  energizes you and allows you the opportunity to focus the bulk of the day on family, work, and friends.

 

It is only recommended that every person gets in at least 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate level activity or 1 hour and 15 minutes of intense activity each week. How you spread this out is up to you.

 

When I asked which exercises you all loved to do in the morning. Many of you wrote that you loved the workouts in the  Abs…olutely Sexy 4 Summer Digital plan.  Those are perfect for shedding pounds and toning up.

 

This week  Try the video below in the morning and at night. Add your favorite Abs…olutely Sexy 4 Summer to it and continue to write me to let me know how it goes.
