Take Five: A Lower Body Circuit
This weekend is all about your lower body. This workout will target your buns, your hamstrings (the back of your legs), your quads (the front of your legs) and even your calves during the cardio portions of this workout. Try to complete this fun workout before the weekend is over. The key to “Crushing” this workout is to take your time and make sure your form is perfect each time you do the exercises even if that means pausing to shake out your legs. During the squats and the lunges, keep your knees behind your big toe in order to keep them safe.
