It’s the start of Father’s day weekend and while I know many of you will be busy with family. I wanted to challenge you to a new WOW! (Work on Weekend) challenge. My father passed away 4 years ago from cancer, something that
I truely believe could have been prevented if he had been healthier. He is the reason why I do this blog and I am determined to spread the message of healthy living. It’s not just about vanity. That’s the icing on the cake. It’s about living longer and being better for yourself, your family, your children. My heart hurts every fathers day weekend but I know my dad would be proud that I am putting something positive out there in the universe.
The WOW! challenge for this weekend is to complete the pyramid below from TOP to Bottom. (you can go back up if you are really wanting a mega challenge). It might be difficult to do it all at once but if so, make that a goal to work towards but take breaks this time if you need to. You have the entire weekend to complete it.

Another fun way to do sets is to do reps like 1, 1 2, 1 2 3, 1 2 3 4, 1 2 3 4 5, 1 2 3 4 5 6, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10, then reverse back to 1 like 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7, 1 2 3 4 5 6, 1 2 3 4 5, 1 2 3 4, 1 2 3, 1 2, 1
this mixes it up and makes it seem eaiser coming back to 1. but still work hard. i add a couple pounds extra doing this because i know it will be faster gettinb back to 1.

Today is Saturday August 25, 2012 first I would like to wish you a Happy Birthday and wish you God’s blessings. As of right now I was able to do the 100 Jumping Jacks and the 90 Butt Kicks….but the weekend is still young, so I am determined to complete the rest….. Whewwww.. thanks much!!
