This is a very effective and quick AB & CORE Workout that will help you lose belly fat and tone your middle. This workout should be done twice a day on 3 non consecutive days per week. I recommend that you do at least 3 days of cardio (20 minutes or more) in addition to this ab workout each week if you want to see some major changes in your stomach. Complete 30 Seconds of Plank Jacks
Complete 25 BICYCLE ABS
Complete 30 Seconds of Jumping Jacks
Complete 25 Leg Swings
Complete 30 Seconds of HIGH KNEES
End the workout with a 1 minute STABLE PLANK
