Sometimes it’s great to work out every muscle in your body at the same time. A full body workout can help you save time and it can actually be a way to burn more calories. The workout below mixes a bunch of total body cardio moves with a few total body strength training moves to give you the ultimate workout to burn more fat.

 

Tools for This Total Body Workout

  1. A set of dumbbells
  2. A timer
  3. Water nearby

HERE IS WHAT YOU DO 

COMPLETE EVERYTHING BELOW A TOTAL of 4 TIMES

Do 4 Exercise Moves for 30 Seconds

  1. High Knees with Arm Reaches
  2. Air Jacks
  3. Switch Kicks
  4. Burpee

 

Grab a Set of dumbbells and complete each of the Moves below for 8-15 reps. If you can’t do 8 reps your weights are too heavy.

  1. Squat with Bicep Curls1
  2. Lunge with Lateral RaiseFull body workout
  3. Plank Walk into SquatPlank walk
  4. Bent Over Row with Reverse Kick Back
    Bent over row with reverse kick back
