Upright Abs….Downright Sexy: A Printable Workout Routine
Try to do this workout a total of 3 times if you are doing as your entire workout. If you are adding it to the end of another workout, one time is all you need. Make sure not to do this on consecutive days. Your abs need rest and recovery too.
If you don’t have weights, you can use a book or water bottle or nothing at all. This workout is great without weights too.
Make sure you replenish your body with Sunwarrior protein (my favorite protein) or any other kind of good protein powder if you have it.
