You will be shown virtually through video, audio, or text exactly how to perform each exercise. It doesn’t matter if you choose to buy equipment from this site,  if you choose to go to the gym and use their equipment, or if you choose not to use equipment at all. If there is an exercise that requires a specific piece of equipment, we will always give you options on how to perform the move in case you opt not to buy the equipment.

We are a small personal online fitness community. Each virtual client is treat just like any other client that walks through our gym doors or boot camps. We offer on going support and words of wisdom.  The workouts are different each week and As long as you commit to the program, we are committed to doing whatever it takes to see you reach your health and fitness long. als.
