Everyday on social media we see a new product that claims to lift your body. It might be some magic tea or a silly garment that props your glutes up. Whatever it is, don’t fall for it. Eating Healthy food and doing glute exercises are the best way to tone your butt.  If you have excess fat, you need to work on shedding overall fat then doing exercises that target your butt muscles.

Here is a home workout that targets your core and your glutes. The great thing about all of these  glute exercises is that they all work at the same time to tone those areas that are important to all of us. Use this workout to Work lift and tighten your butt and shed belly fat.
