Finding old things around the house to exercise with is the best way to recycle if you ask me. :-) I was searching for a leg workout that didn’t put so much strain on my knees as squats, lunges, and running outdoors. Somehow I slipped on a magazine and found a great thigh workout. Crazy right!?!?!
What I found was that when you are sliding your leg on the magazine it forces your muscles to pull against gravity to provide you with the resistance you need for a killer thigh workouts.
Watch the video below and complete each exercise for 25 reps then move to the other leg. Repeat 3-4 times if you are using it for your entire workout. Complete it 1-2 times if this added to the end of another workout.
