Your Heart Warming Valentine’s Day Printable Workout

It’s the month of LOVE!!!. I “heart” all of you so I created this special Valentine’s day workout to bring out best in all of you. This fun workout works your total body and is a great addition to the workout you already have scheduled or it can be done alone. Before you start pick your favorite cardio/aerobic exercise (jumping jacks, high knees etc…) and complete it for 1 minute in between each exercise as I have instructed in the video.  I dare you to do this workout 2-3 times per week for the entire month of February. Your will surely feel sexy after this sensual workout.  🙂
