Your November 2012 Fitness Calendar is Here !!!!

November is the month that we give special thanks for all of the lessons learned thus far and for all of the accomplishments we’ve made. I am so thankful for all of the participation I see going on in the KIMf community. I see all of the facebook messages and I read all of the emails. Keep It Coming.  A year ago, I wouldn’t have imagined my fitness community growing as large as it has. Thank you so much.

    Hi Kim :) ,
    I was just wondering if I were to follow this calendar, should this be the only exercise I do that day ?
    Thanks for all the workouts :)

      Hi Alondra,

      Yes these workout out can be the only thing you do that day. It makes for a great workout regimen. However, feel free to add tid bits of other workouts if you want just to challenge yourself. Keep up the good work.
